These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of CERTO, a NIS2 compliance SaaS platform operated by ClearSecurity Vision S.R.L. ("Company", "we", "us"), with registered office at Feleacu 24F, Cluj-Napoca, Romania, CUI 32776248, registered in the Romanian Trade Register (Oficiul Registrului Comerțului) under number J12/420/2014.
By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
CERTO is a subscription-based software platform that helps organizations assess, document, and demonstrate compliance with the NIS2 Directive (EU 2022/2555) and Romanian Law 58/2023. The Service includes compliance dashboards, incident tracking, document generation, gap analysis, and related features.
You must be at least 18 years old and acting on behalf of a legal entity to use the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account.
Subscriptions are billed monthly in advance. Prices are exclusive of applicable VAT, which will be added at checkout in accordance with EU VAT regulations.
You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. You will retain access to the Service until that date.

You retain ownership of all data you input into the Service. We process your data solely to provide the Service and do not sell or share it with third parties. See our Privacy Policy for details.
We aim for 99.5% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. We are not liable for losses resulting from downtime, data loss, or service interruptions beyond our reasonable control.
The Service is provided as a compliance management tool and does not constitute legal advice. CERTO does not guarantee that use of the Service will result in regulatory compliance. You remain solely responsible for your organization's compliance obligations.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claims arising from the Service shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the three months preceding the claim.
All content, features, and functionality of the Service are owned by ClearSecurity Vision and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the Service without our written consent.
We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms, fail to pay fees, or engage in conduct that harms the Service or other users. You may delete your account at any time.
We may update these Terms at any time. We will notify you by email or in-app notification at least 14 days before material changes take effect. Continued use of the Service after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Romania. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Cluj-Napoca, Romania.
